After graduation I went to Utah State University to obtain my degree in Anthropology. As an undergraduate student I fell in love with Gabriel White, whom I met on the ballroom dance team. 
We have now been married for 7 years and have a darling little girl named Persephone.
After my graduation from USU, my husband and I moved to New York while he pursued a law degree. I was able to get a job working with preschool age children in an inner-city school. I fell in love with young children and later taught at a private school when we moved back to Utah. I have also used my passion for reading and literature to spend several years working in both book stores and libraries. I left my job at the Salt Lake City Public Library this last fall to spend more time with my daughter. I have loved being a mother and think it's my greatest adventure yet!

Hey Wendy. We trade witty quips on facebook. Why not here too? Todd Murdock told me he scared you in SLC a couple of months ago. :)
Why did I think you were still in NY? Did you just get back?
Your daughter is so cute. It's the first thing everyone I know has said when they see this blog picture.
Oh, and you have to go first with the quip. Pressure's on.
I'll give the first quip: Remember when I married you guys? Man, that was a long time ago. Brandon still has the video. We watched it a few years ago, and it's pretty amazing. Man, we should incorporate THAT in our High School Reunion.
